Careers
We look for people who are dependable around customers, comfortable working outdoors, willing to learn how septic systems function, and careful with equipment and property. Septic work can be dirty and physically demanding, but it also rewards patience, mechanical thinking, and good judgment.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing septic repair properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in septic repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
